About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated manager for our Church's Chicken restaurant in Chiefland. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a fast-paced environment and excited about working at a locally owned and operated business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules and performance
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Experience managing a fast-food restaurant or similar setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

The starting pay range is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on restaurant needs, typically ranging from 6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, or 10 PM to 6 AM.

Sign On Bonus

Eligible candidates will receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
