Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify and correct product storage and preparation based on Craft Food Halls standards.
- Supervise kitchen Team Members to ensure compliance with food and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment for team members.
- Train team members on menu builds and standards.
- Conduct corrective action and training as needed.
- Partner with the General Manager to maintain open communication.
- Create an exceptional guest experience.
