Arlington – Branch Manager Branch Manager Needed! Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a Branch Manager to head up our location in Arlington. This person must have strong construction knowledge, sales and operations experience is a must. A strong desire to succeed is required. A person’s earning potential is directly related to their effort and success. This person will head up and grow Carroll’s business in the Arlington market.

Responsibilities

• Head up and grow Carroll’s business in the Arlington market.
• Grow branch sales and gross profit year over year.
• Develop a high-performing sales culture focused on market share growth.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers.
• Manage branch operations efficiently while controlling expenses.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous knowledge and experience in construction materials and concrete accessories is a must.
• Proven experience managing branch operations, inventory, customer service, and profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Experience in sales development and sales management, sales plans, managing pipelines, and growing market share.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong gross profit performance.
• Extremely motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile to support customers and the team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Civil construction, concrete construction, and Tilt-Up construction experience is highly preferred.
