Qualifications
- Must have minimum 1 years of restaurant manager experience
- Must be available 40 hours per week and willing to work weekends
- Must have current food safety certification (or willing to obtain) and alcohol service certification
- Computer based skills - gmail, Toast, R365 (willing to train if general knowledge is there)
- General knowledge of health and safety codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- A passion and knowledge of seafood!

Bear Flag was founded in 2007 by Thomas and Erika Carson, inspired by a lifelong passion for fishing and fresh, sustainable seafood. What started in Newport Beach has grown to locations in Huntington Beach and Newport Coast, along with our sister restaurants, Wild Taco and Circle Hook.
