Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure team goals are aligned with company objectives.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of 5 or more.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
