• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of a variety of human resources disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics, employee engagement, organizational diagnosis, diversity, and federal/state respective employment laws
• Effective communicator, with strong professional and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously, with organization and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in hr, business, or related field
• Master's degree [Preferred]
• Education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience OR Associates degree and 5+ years of experience OR High School Grad or Equivalent and 7+ years of experience
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) [Preferred]
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]
• SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) [Preferred]
