Manager, Assisted Living - LPN or RN Required

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and staffing of team members
• Implementing resident-centered care
• Provide nursing care to residents, including completion of health assessments and resident care plans, discussing changes in resident condition with physicians, introducing interventions to reduce falls based on individual resident needs, medication administration, and assistance with resident care as needed
• Coordinate the resident admission process with the multidisciplinary team, including screening, assessment, and care planning
• Occasionally fill in on the weekend as a Manager-On-Duty

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Caregiver certifications beneficial to the community plus management experience may be considered
• Minimum 1‑2 years of management experience in directing/providing care for seniors preferred
• Strong background in patient care assessment, assessing resident symptoms, and developing approaches to meeting resident needs
• Experience in community or long‑term care settings
• Must meet all state requirements
