Manager, Asset Protection

We are seeking an Asset Protection Manager to oversee asset protection, security, and risk mitigation efforts within our operations. This role is responsible for driving consistent execution of asset protection standards, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance through audits and employee engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong cross-functional partnership, and the ability to identify risk, drive accountability, and implement practical solutions that improve both security and operational performance. You will… Execute HelloFresh Asset Protection Standards of Work (SOW) by maintaining a consistent presence on the floor, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment with company expectationsLead and conduct operational, compliance, and security audits (e.g., access control, camera systems, visitor management, vendor compliance) to identify risk and drive corrective actionsOwn end-to-end investigations, including case development, documentation, interviews, evidence management, and partnership with law enforcement when applicableLead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection Specialists by setting clear expectations, reinforcing Standards of Work, and driving accountability for performance, investigations, and audit executionDrive shrink reduction through data analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of targeted action plansPartner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and staffing agencies to ensure adherence to policies, mitigate risk, and address employee related concernsMonitor and report on key Asset Protection metrics, including theft trends, audit results, and incident dataEnsure all incidents are properly documented, investigated, and resolved in accordance with company policies and legal standardsDevelop and present data-driven business cases to support security improvements, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategiesLead site level emergency preparedness efforts, including emergency action plans and coordination with local first respondersContinuously evaluate processes and implement improvements to strengthen controls, reduce loss, and enhance overall site security You are… A strategic operator: You balance hands-on execution with big picture thinking and know how to translate risk into actionable solutionsA strong partner: You build trust across operations, HR, and leadership, and influence decisions through data and credibilityA people leader: You develop, coach, and hold your team accountable while creating a culture of ownership, engagement, and high performanceResults-driven: You hold yourself and others accountable to clear metrics and consistently deliver measurable outcomesAnalytical: You use data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and drive informed decision makingAdaptable: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adjust quickly to evolving priorities You have… Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience3–5+ years of Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Corporate Security experience (distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred)Proven experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessmentsExperience working with security systems including camera systems, access control, and intrusion detectionStrong working knowledge of incident management, case documentation, and legal considerationsAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategiesStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications You'll get...
