Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and presentation of management and Asset Protection awareness seminars for store and district meetings.
- Aid Operations in establishing and monitoring action plans and controls in designated “critical” shrink stores.
- Aid the Operations team and Regional Director of Asset Protection in setting and monitoring shrink goals for retail locations.
- Administer and conduct Asset Protection audits to enhance awareness, identify vulnerabilities, and address policy violations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support during the investigation of suspected dishonesty, fraud, and criminal activities.
- Conduct investigations of significant cash losses, robberies, burglaries, and other operational concerns.
- Maintain and provide timely, accurate reporting of company loss incidents to corporate Asset Protection.
Risk Management & Compliance Oversight
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Asset Protection trends, laws, and governmental compliance.
- Support Risk Management with on-site assistance during violations of federal or state codes and in cases of unusual occurrences or losses.
- Coordinate physical security programs such as alarms, CCTV, and safe installations.
- Administer the Corporate Safety Program and assist Risk Management in ensuring governmental compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- College degree
