Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize transformative projects as a business partner to assigned practices
- Lead multiple digital transformation projects as the Lead Project Manager
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and complete project milestones
- Foster a positive, accountable work environment that reflects core values
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership throughout project lifecycles
- Solicit feedback from internal clients to drive project excellence
- Design and implement Change Management plans for stakeholder education
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, tax, computer science, information systems, or engineering preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering or application development experience
- 5+ years in technology project management or digital transformation with proven successful delivery
- Experience with enterprise applications, automation solutions, or AI-based business tools preferred
- Familiarity with large language models to enhance process automation and decision support
