Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Own the product backlog; translate business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system scalability.
- Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.
- Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions with clarity across levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 6-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology-driven products.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
- Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
- Experience in AI/ML, LLMs, agentic strategies, SaaS, and product management tools such as ADO, JIRA, Trello, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks (JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile, ShapeUp).
What We Offer
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
- Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100.
- Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,200 to $262,600.
