Manager - AI Governance

About the role

This is a new role in a newly established AI & Data Governance function, bringing together data, AI, and risk governance into a single enterprise model.

Responsibilities

• Embed data governance frameworks and processes
• Work with Data Owners and Stewards to increase adoption and accountability
• Support data quality management, Goals, and issue resolution
• Maintain governance artifacts (catalog, glossary, metadata)
• Cook up governance forums and partner engagement

Requirements

• Experience operating business programs within a global environment
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and their application within programs
• Experience of project management or operating management processes, balancing value, risk, and organizational readiness
• 1+ years of experience supporting programmes across multiple regions, functions, or business domains

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in data governance, preferably in a corporate setting
• Experience with AI governance activities, use cases, risk, and lifecycle checkpoints
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience with data cataloging, metadata management, and governance tools

Pay

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $78,000 - $85,000
