Responsibilities
- Manage, nurture, and grow tier-A, blue-chip B2B partnerships in the US region across core product verticals, including high-growth areas like prediction markets.
- Drive full partnership lifecycle: take end-to-end ownership of client relationships—from initial commercial negotiations and outreach to day-to-day execution, reporting, invoicing, and financial management.
- Analyze performance data: interpret large financial and campaign datasets (including NDCs, conversion percentages, and revenue-share mechanics) to identify key commercial insights and ROI optimizations.
- Bridge client requirements with internal publishing, paid marketing, operations, finance, and analytics teams to ensure delivery and operational alignment.
- Proactively address client feedback and performance issues by evaluating raw performance metrics and crafting professional, solution-oriented strategies.
Requirements
- Proven background in iGaming, prediction markets, digital media publishing, or affiliate marketing in a B2B business development or commercial role.
- Experience working with revenue/financial data from an operator perspective (e.g., gaming operators, media distribution partners, or direct affiliate networks).
- High comfort level navigating large datasets (100k+ rows) to extract actionable commercial insights, pull user acquisition analysis, and track campaign health.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of running meetings and building long-term trust with enterprise-level client contacts.
- Ability to evaluate campaign bottlenecks, balance client expectations against published output, and present professional, solution-focused client communications.
