Manager, AECO Resource Management
About the role
Lead the AECO Americas Resource Management Team to optimize resource deployment across Professional Services and Customer Onboarding, ensuring alignment with corporate revenue targets and employee career development.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead resource strategy and allocation across complex project pipelines to balance delivery timelines with corporate revenue targets.
- Mentor and elevate a high-performing team of Project Coordinators and Schedulers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
- Design and implement advanced capacity planning models, dashboards, and automated workflows to track real-time utilization trends.
- Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison and escalation point between Sales, Delivery, and executive leadership to resolve complex resource constraints.
- Analyze productivity and margin metrics to engineer corrective strategies that optimize workforce deployment without causing employee burnout.
Requirements
You have 5 to 8+ years of expertise in resource management, operations, or professional services delivery within a fast-paced environment. You possess 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching operational teams, coordinators, or schedulers. You bring a deep analytical understanding of project-based delivery models, capacity forecasting, and utilization metrics. Bonus points for hands-on experience navigating Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Kantata or Smartsheet.
Qualifications
Background working within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) software or industrial technology sector.

Pay
This role is compensated between $115,600.00 and $158,900.00 annually, with the possibility of additional bonuses and commissions. Trimble offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as time off plans and retirement plans.
Schedule
The role requires 10% travel.
