Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project workstreams to ensure delivery of client solutions
• Conduct data analyses and generate insightful recommendations for healthcare systems
• Develop and deliver client presentations that communicate project outcomes
• Mentor and guide project staff to enhance their skills and contributions
• Manage project budgets, profitability, and administrative functions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or finance
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
