- 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Salary range of $ 46,592 – 68,224 per year, based on experience.

What You Will Get
Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients and residents.
Direct the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program to ensure the activities meet the needs of individual residents and the residents as a whole.
Serve in a day-to-day leadership role, supporting staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns.
Lead approximately 10 direct reports (Activity Assistants/ CNAs)—including providing support for staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards.
Partner with a team of medical professionals, and other leaders who are here to support your success and that of our patients & residents in their health journeys.
What You Will Do

What You Need
- A graduate of a state approved Activity Coordinator’s course;
- Or maybe a registered Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, TRS, certified by the National Therapeutic Recreation Society;
- Or a certified Occupational Therapist, OTR, registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association;
- Or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA, certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association;
- Or a college graduate in a related field of study approved by the state licensing agency with certification as an Activity Director from the National Certification Council of Activity Professionals (NCCAD).
- Minnnesota Certification Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within six (6) months of hire *unless COTA or OTR.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers within six (6) months.
