Job Description
- Serve as the lead finance partner for Cloud and People & Planning teams, providing actionable financial insights and decision support.
- Oversee the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to guide financial management.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
- Lead the team's collaboration on special projects, providing financial expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct economic evaluations to support strategic financial planning and inform portfolio decisions.
- Monitor financial trends, providing insights to integrate into the organization's strategic planning.
- Work with internal finance teams or business leaders to deliver on finance projects that enhance strategic decision-making.
- Develop team members through training and coaching, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
