We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
  • A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related incidents on driving record within the past five years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • A current resident of Connecticut or Western Massachusetts within 30 days of the application date or a current college student.
