Responsibilities
- Gain practical experience across multiple business functions through structured and specialized rotations in Business Development and Operations, providing deep insights into customer experience and business processes.
- Participate in training, development, and mentorship opportunities to build skills and knowledge in leadership, business strategy and problem-solving.
- Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of assigned projects and tasks within each rotation.
- Assist in analyzing business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve processes, customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Sales or related business field required.
- High academic performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player open to learning new skills.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Interest, or experience, in mortgage, real estate, title or financial services institutions a plus.
