Management Trainee Internship - Summer 2027

Overview

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. Responsibilities

• Take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals
• Learn what it takes to run a successful business
• Develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects
• Engage in friendly competition with your peers
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Qualifications

• Must be a current Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date between now & May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on your driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours
• Must live in the Albuquerque, NM area, or have plans to relocate prior to start date
