Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Aside from religious observations, must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week

Qualifications

Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $62704, which is based on an hourly rate of 24.61 / hr., plus overtime compensation for a 46-hour workweek
