Management Trainee Fall 2026 Internship

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Take care of customers and provide excellent service.
• Develop marketing strategies and promote brand awareness.
• Build strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2026.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 10-12 week program starting no later than September 15, 2026.
