Management Trainee Fall 2026 Internship

Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This role is located at one of the following locations: 4011 Pimlico Dr, Pleasanton, CA. This role is for students in their final semester at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating in December 2026. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities.
• For a season, you’ll be placed in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees.
• You’ll develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers.
• You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4‑year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating December 2026.
• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10‑12 week commitment with availability to start employment in October 2026.
• Must be able to work 20‑25 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.

Pay

$22 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time position requiring 20‑25 hours per week, with a 10‑12 week commitment starting in October 2026.
