We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Management.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,010-$54,552 with an average 46 hour work week.
