Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Receive hands-on guidance, mentoring, and support in a learning environment.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customer needs.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to business growth and personal success.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in at least two of the following areas: sales, customer service, or leadership/management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
