Management Trainee-Cincinnati

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in the Cincinnati area including Walnut Hills, Norwood, Western Hills, Mitchel Ave, Bridgetown, Colerain, Galbraith, Harrison, and Mount Healthy.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful.
• Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first.
• Grow our business and your success in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Management.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,010-$54,552 with an average 46 hour work week.
• Paid Time Off, starting with 13 days off per year, plus 7 paid holidays and 1 paid volunteer day.
