We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Our offices are located in Massapequa, Amityville, Lindenhurst, Farmingdale, and Deer Park. Our flagship office is at 2900 Merrick Road, Bellmore, NY 11710. Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Grow our business and your success in a culture of friendly competition

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or the ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
• A valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Able to work an average of 46 hours per week aside from religious observations
