About the role
As a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant in South Tampa, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest experiences and fostering a positive Team Member environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Guests are served quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.
- Train and develop Team Members to provide superior service.
- Manage both Front of House and Back of House operations effectively.
- Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to PDQ standards.
- Order and receive products efficiently.
- Schedule and manage shifts to meet business goals.
- Interpret and positively impact P&L statements.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coach and reward Team Members based on performance and effort.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick service restaurants.
- Excellent people and Guest service skills.
- Proficiency in all aspects of the kitchen operation.
- Ability to read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements.
- Committed to cultivating a safe, secure, and harassment-free workplace culture.
- Passion for Guest service and Team Member experience.
