Management Systems Facilitator

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluates effective implementation of the manufacturing plant’s management system policies, procedures and processes against ISO and GFSI standards
• Reviews audit results and identifies the severity of findings or the risk associated to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken by the Facilitator
• Acts as scientific, regulatory, technical or quality expert and consultant by responding to targeted questions aimed towards the Facilitator
• Coordinates and leads training classes, policies, lean tools and new/revised systems requirements
• Ensures that items of non-conformance are addressed and corrected efficiently
• Maintains documentation and records to ensure they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Pay

$72,384 - $90,480 plus target bonus
