About the role
As a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant in Pinellas Park, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest experiences and fostering a positive Team Member environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Guests are served quickly, efficiently, and with a smile, enhancing their dining experience.
- Lead and train Team Members to provide a high standard of Guest service and Team Member satisfaction.
- Manage both Front of House and Back of House operations effectively.
- Maintain and improve operational efficiency through effective scheduling and resource management.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with PDQ standards and policies.
- Foster an inclusive workplace where Team Members feel valued and supported.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick service restaurants.
- Excellent interpersonal and Guest service skills.
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and management.
- Ability to read, interpret, and influence financial performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- A passion for Guest service and Team Member development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
