About the role

We are currently hiring for several roles at our upcoming store opening in the winter of 2025. Positions available include:

  • Assistant Store Manager: Manage the daily operations of the store, maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team.
  • Department Manager: Focus on maximizing department sales, inventory, and standards.
  • Visual Merchandising Manager: Responsible for the visual proposition across the store and leading a high-performing team.
  • Team Leader: Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience, while optimizing sales.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for each role are as follows:

  • Assistant Store Manager: Manage inventory, move products according to customer demand, and be commercially aware.
  • Department Manager: Maximize department sales, inventory, and standards, manage inventory, review and manage planograms, and be commercially aware.
  • Visual Merchandising Manager: Deliver impactful visual displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales, manage inventory, and be commercially aware.
  • Team Leader: Provide 'in the moment' coaching and training, support colleague experience, engage team members, and recognize, communicate, and promote well-being.

Requirements

Qualifications and requirements for each role are as follows:

  • Assistant Store Manager: Relevant retail experience, strong leadership skills, ability to manage inventory, and commercial acumen.
  • Department Manager: Strong management skills, experience in retail or a related field, and commercial awareness.
  • Visual Merchandising Manager: Creativity, strong organizational skills, and commercial understanding.
  • Team Leader: Excellent communication and coaching skills, ability to motivate teams, and a passion for customer service.
