What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
- Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic conclusions
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI's managerial reasoning capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and decision-making frameworks
- Able to critically evaluate complex tradeoffs and managerial reasoning
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, structured feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Real-world industry leadership, operations, or consulting experience
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
