What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic conclusions
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI's managerial reasoning capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and decision-making frameworks
• Able to critically evaluate complex tradeoffs and managerial reasoning
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, structured feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Real-world industry leadership, operations, or consulting experience
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
