Management & Leadership Instructor

We're looking for experienced management instructors to evaluate AI-generated reasoning on leadership, organizational behavior, and decision-making — and help make it sharper, more realistic, and more useful. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise directly influences the quality of cutting-edge AI systems.

About The Role

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in AI training
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and depth of managerial reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying flawed reasoning
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
• Real-world experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
