About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest experiences and fostering a positive Team Member environment.

Responsibilities

- Ensure Guests' expectations are exceeded and their needs are met promptly and courteously. - Manage both Front of House and Back of House operations effectively. - Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the kitchen and dining experience. - Read, interpret, and positively influence financial performance reports (P&L). - Adhere strictly to PDQ's operational guidelines and standards. - Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace where Team Members feel safe and valued. - Coach and mentor Team Members, recognizing and rewarding their efforts and performance.

Requirements

- At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick service restaurants. - Excellent interpersonal and Guest service skills. - Proficiency in all kitchen operations. - Ability to manage schedules and run efficient shifts. - Competency in reading, interpreting, and influencing financial reports. - Strong understanding and adherence to PDQ's policies and procedures.
