Management Internship

About the role

This is a paid part-time position as a Management Intern with Menards. The role offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Menards' business operations and processes
• Work alongside General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members
• Develop understanding of retail management
• Gain hands-on management experience

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and includes the opportunity to work weekends.

Pay

$15.00 per hour with an additional $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
