Management Internship

About the role

This is a paid part-time position as a Management Intern with Menards. The role offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business
• Develop understanding of Menards operations
• Gain hands-on management experience

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and includes opportunities to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay

$15.00 per hour with an additional $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
