About the Role

The Management Department of the Wharton School is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the following areas:

• Entrepreneurial Management
• Human Resource Management
• Multinational/Comparative Management
• Organizational Behavior
• Strategic Management

Demonstrated ability or potential for high-quality research and teaching are important. The appointment is expected to begin July 1, 2027.

Requirements

• Ph.D. from an accredited institution (expected completion by June 30, 2028 is acceptable)
