Key Requirements
- Will have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work in changing environments and see through complexity.
- Willingness to travel during the training period.
- Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program.
- Strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, commercial engineering.
- Internship experience in any of the above is a plus.

Pay
Carrier Enterprise offers a competitive total pay (plus bonus on sales incentives) and benefits package inclusive of health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k).
