About the role
The St. George Beach Hotel & Spa Resort Management Training Program is an 18-month hospitality development program designed to provide in-depth operational and administrative training within a leading seaside resort in Cyprus. The program offers rotational training across key hotel departments, giving you hands-on experience in front office operations, food and beverage services, housekeeping management, spa operations, and more. Throughout the program, you will gain practical hospitality skills, leadership development, and a strong understanding of daily hotel operations. You will also work closely with hospitality professionals in a supportive and multicultural environment, developing the skills needed for a successful career in hotel management.
