Overview

The Live! Casino & Hotel Management Associate is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in the entertainment, gaming, and hospitality industry. This role offers exposure to various departments including Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Operations, and more through the Live! Management Development Program (MDP).

Responsibilities

• Commit to completing the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum and functional area rotations.
• Attend virtual coaching sessions with leadership coaches.
• Demonstrate flexibility and openness to work in diverse environments.
• Work all shifts, including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain the Live! 5 Service Standards and provide exceptional service to guests.
• Ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience by being unique and spontaneous.
• Perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.

Skills

• Performance under supervision.
• Freedom to work independently from supervision.
• Second language proficiency, particularly Asian languages or Spanish.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and perform basic math calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business – preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Open to relocation based on future open positions with the organization.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by jurisdictional gaming regulatory body.

• Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Available to work all shifts, including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
• Able to handle multi-tasking, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently or constantly.
• Able to bend, stoop, squat, stand for long periods, and perform tasks involving physical exertion.
• Able to work in a loud, high-energy environment with exposure to alcohol, cigarette, and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
