Management - Department Manager

About the role

Department Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Execute sales promotions effectively.
• Train all service staff in service procedures.
• Organize the Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure new Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their employment.

Pay

Starting at $17/hour, with higher pay depending on experience.
