Responsibilities

• Manage complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams, often supported by junior resources.
• Support junior consultants on projects, ensuring Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.
• Drive complex analysis where data is hard to access, developing conclusions and recommended solutions using expertise.
• Advising clients on complex needs, achieving sustainable results, and demonstrating real impact.
• Managing and owning relationships with senior stakeholders, planning and preparing documentation for own workstream.
• Taking part in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Management consulting experience within a leading consultancy, ideally within procurement and/or supply chain.
• Experience (or an interest) in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Proven track record of working closely with senior client stakeholders.
• Deep analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions.
• A strong grasp of detail and a 'hands-on' approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• The ability to confidently improve existing ways of working, recognize opportunities, and identify innovative solutions that add real value to clients.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with AI tools used in the hiring process.
