About the role

As a Manager at Efficio, you will be responsible for understanding your clients' broader business challenges, identifying areas where we can provide solutions, and working collaboratively with the team to implement those solutions. Your role involves planning and executing strategies, ensuring that projects meet their objectives, and maintaining open communication with both the team and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understanding client's broader business challenges and identifying areas for improvement
• Reporting back to the VP and collaborating with colleagues to find solutions
• Determining and assigning roles and responsibilities for the team
• Maintaining regular communication with client stakeholders and project VPs
• Managing risks and challenges associated with projects
• Ensuring the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of project deliverables

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and supply chain
• Experience in Business Development
• Project management and people management experience
• A strong academic background

Pay

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
