Management Company Accountant

Company Overview: A New York-based principal investment firm specializing in consumer and business services is seeking a Management Company Accountant to manage day-to-day transaction processing for the management company. Job Responsibilities: Intake, code, and stage all vendor invoices for final approval; maintain supporting documentation and W-9 filesPerform callback verification on new or changed vendor payment instructionsSet up approved payments and initiate wires in the banking platformMaintain the firm's vendor master in Ramp, including payment details and 1099 tax classificationsPerform first-line review of employee expenses and follow up on incomplete documentationPost prepared journal entries accurately and within deadlinesPrepare monthly bank reconciliations across the firm's bank accountsServe as the day-to-day administrator for Ramp and manage daily transaction processing in NetSuite Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or staff accountant experienceExposure to PE management company accounting or multi-entity environments preferredExperience with NetSuite, Ramp, QuickBooks, or Concur is a plusStrong Excel skillsCPA or progress toward certification is an asset, though not required Compensation: Salary: $110,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus The post Management Company Accountant appeared first on Landing Point.
