Management Associate
About The Role
Altheda Medical Center is seeking a Management Associate to support daily clinic operations, staff coordination, workflow improvement, and administrative reporting across their growing medical practice. This position works closely with the Operations Associate and the Managing Partner to ensure smooth clinic operations, support staff, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Supporting daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
- Making sure staff tasks are completed, attended to, trained, and followed up on
- Preparing operational reports, staff updates, and workflow summaries
- Onboarding, training, and performance tracking for support staff
- Identifying workflow gaps and improving internal processes
- Scheduling, patient communication workflows, and provider request tracking
- Drafting and updating standard operating procedures and training materials
- Collaborating with leadership on operations, technology, compliance, and process improvement projects
Requirements
- Organized, reliable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical assisting, operations, project coordination, or team leadership is preferred but not required

Prior Experience
Prior experience in healthcare, medical assisting, healthcare administration, operations, project coordination, or team leadership is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000–$53,000 annually. Compensation will depend on experience, reliability, judgment, communication skills, organizational ability, and demonstrated ability to take ownership of operational responsibilities.
