About the role
This is a term position Not to Exceed (NTE) 1 year and 1 day and may be extended to the 4-year limit based on agency needs.Salary

- Serve as a senior analyst or advisor to management on major mission or administrative programs.
- Serve as a senior analyst and/or program advisor to management on various functions and activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment.
- Perform liaison functions with other organizations and establish harmonious working relations with counterparts.
- Perform a wide range of specialized tasks including developing, maintaining, and providing technical support and research for collaborative platforms.
- Provide support for special assignments related to the missions and functions of the office.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Specialized Experience: GS-12: Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service that includes 3 or more of the following:
- Assisting in implementing/coordinating a variety of administrative/management programs;
- Providing information to management that is controlled for appropriate data submission standards such as accuracy, timeliness etc., that may affect the basis of budget or program resource requests or decisions;
- Assisting in analyzing, designing, developing, or maintaining database structure and applications to effectively manage organizational metrics;
- Providing advice to management on matters such as administrative procedures, program improvements, or policies.
- Specialized Experience: GS-13: Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service that includes 3 or more of the following:
- Serving as an analyst or advisor to executive management on mission and administrative programs requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess management support principles, processes, systems, and mission support programs;
- Planning, conducting, or participating in special studies or task forces to aid in developing and recommending program objectives and improvements;
- Analyzing, designing, developing, or maintaining database structure and applications to effectively manage organizational metrics;
- Communicating, advising, or negotiating effectively with management to accept or implement recommendations or proposals.
