Management and Program Analyst (Project Scheduler)

This is a Management & Program Analyst (Project Scheduler), GS-0343-12 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, located in Concord, MA. The role is filled on a permanent basis.

This position serves as a Project Scheduler, providing expert analysis and management support for complex engineering and construction projects within the New England District.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely schedule updates.
• Identify critical path activities, potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Support cost-schedule integration and earned value management (EVM) for assigned projects.
• Assist in the development of project baselines and monitor progress against established milestones.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on scheduling best practices and tools.
