About the role
Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst III to support operations in Charleston, SC. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum best practices to drive efficient delivery
- Remove blockers and coordinate across stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and align work with mission priorities
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams
- Encourage self-organization and support team members using a servant leadership style
- Facilitate discussions and decision-making, and assist in conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field from an ABET accredited program
- Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ServiceNow applications, ADO, technical projects, leading and facilitating teams, and communicating technical details to stakeholders
- Current and active DoD Secret security clearance
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field from an ABET accredited program; ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ServiceNow applications, ADO, technical projects, leading and facilitating teams, and communicating technical details to stakeholders
- Certifications: Current and active DoD Secret security clearance
