About the role
Reviews, analyzes, and provides recommendations to gain efficiency relating to administrative practices in the division, ensuring compliance to governing directives and procedures. Systematically reviews and analyzes the operations for the division to make sure it is in compliance with published policies, procedures, audits, and surveys. Provides written and oral reports of analyses to present to the Division Manager, Assistant Division Manager, and/or Director as appropriate. Conducts studies and research in operations of the division to assist in policy planning and management of the division; to include, analyzing and interpreting data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to assist with management and administrative decisions. Participates in division briefings and prepares summary reports. Performs work in such areas as space management, supply activities, or special administrative projects such as Congressional and White House inquiries.

Qualifications
- Specialized Experience (GS-11): One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level, such as collecting and researching data for evaluations of programs/operations; researching laws, regulations, guidelines, and approved procedures to provide findings; and communicating information to management, both orally and in writing.
- Education Substitution: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or successful completion of three years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. if related and obtained in an accredited college or university.
- Combination of Education and Experience: Applicants may combine education and experience to qualify at the GS-11 level. Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.

Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Telework is eligible on a situational (ad hoc) basis only and requires supervisory approval; routine or recurring telework is not authorized.
