Duties Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Submarine and Aircraft Carrier Operations Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Requirements
- For the GS-12 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Leading all phases of the budget lifecycle process for an office (i.e., from formulation through close out);
- Conducting reviews or audits of financial documents or systems to ensure funds are being used and recorded correctly;
- Preparing financial status reports for management;
- Providing guidance to other staff on financial and/or administrative policies and procedures;
- Proficient in managing the full lifecycle of personnel actions including manpower promotions, reassignments, resignations, retirements, etc and is experienced in associated Human Resource office Action Tracker process and knowledgeable in the policies associated with each;
- Managing monetary and time off awards.
- For the GS-11 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Participating in all phases of the budget lifecycle process for an office (i.e., from formulation through close out);
- Conducting reviews or audits of financial documents or systems to ensure funds are being used and recorded correctly;
- Preparing financial status reports for management;
- Participating in the full lifecycle manpower management including promotions, reassignments, resignations, retirements, etc and is experienced in associated Human Resource office Action Tracker process and knowledgeable in the policies associated with each;
- Participating in monetary and time off awards management.
